if you have the right porportion when you sit or sleep.. or in any none moving activites.. you can greatly reduce chronic pain, breathing problem, bad eye sight and improve blood flow.

you can see if you have the habbit to sit up in the right balance by:

look into the mirror and see if your left part and your right part of your face are the same.

look under your shoes~ and see if the damage is balance.
